Paint Party Packages

  • Paint Party Package A

     

    To make your life easier, The Baroquen Canvas comes to you! You chose the date, time, and location, and we’ll be there to set up 30-45 minutes prior to the event start time to set up!

    Paint Party Package A which includes:

    • The Baroquen Canvas will set up at the location of your choosing.
    • a paint party that last approximately 2 hours in duration
    • All paint materials including tables, seating, table cloths, canvas, easel, brushes, towels, water cup, paint, etc.
    • Age appropriate music
    • A fun atmosphere with instructor led step-by-step instruction
    • a birthday girl/boy, bride to be button
    • birthday girl/boy balloon
    • no mess to clean up
    • no need to stress about “entertaining” you guest, we do that for you!

    Add-ons are available for our paint party packages as well in the form of  a cake or jumbo cupcakes. Please review Paint Party Package B to find out about our add-ons.

    **Adult paint parties use a 16×20 canvas and require a 12 person minimum, at the rate of $35 per person, within 30 minutes of London, KY. The discounted rate of $25.00 per person will apply for groups of 25 or more. There is an additional travelers fee of $40 for distances greater than 30 minutes of London, but within 1 hour, 1 one of London.

    ***Youth paint parties using an 8×10 canvas require a 12 person minimum, at the rate of $20 per person, within 30 minutes of London, KY. The discounted rate of $15.00 per person will apply for groups of 25 or more. There is an additional travelers fee of $40 for distances greater than 30 minutes of London, but within 1 hour, 1 one of London.

  • Paint Party Package B

    Paint Party Package B includes all the contents of Package A as listed below as well as 1 dozen jumbo cupcakes. Unfilled, $25.00 a dozen. Filled are $30.00 a dozen. Jumbo cupcakes are equivalent to a piece of birthday cake. Need a cake instead? Inquire, maybe we can make that happen too!

    Cake Flavor Choices: White chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge, Dark Chocolate, German Chocolate, Orange, Strawberry, Oreo, Red Velvet, Vanilla 

    Filling Choices: Oreo. Cream Cheese, Strawberry, Raspberry, Ganache, which is a sweet chocolate mixture. Can be white or brown. 

    Icing Choices: Orange, Raspberry, Strawberry, Cream Cheese, White Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate, Buttercream, Vanilla, Vanilla Bean

    This is in addition to Paint Party Package A which includes:

    • The Baroquen Canvas will set up at the venue of your choosing.
    • A  paint party that last approximately 2 hours

  • How do I pay for my private party? Please read fully.
    • The rate for hosting a  party is $20 dollars per child for a 2 hour party, with a 12 guest minimum,  and $15.00 per child for parties with a minimum of 25 guests. Please note there is a 30 minute turnaround between all Baroquen Canvas events in order to set up for the next event. All parties must have a designated hostess for communication, painting choice, and payment.

    • With limited availability for parties, deposits are required the day of booking. We tend to book a month in advance so don’t procrastinate!

    • Parties are available only during certain days & hours, As the instructor is a school teacher as well. Most weekday evenings, all day Saturday, and 2 to 4:00 on Sunday is available. We will always do our best to accommodate your request!

    • There is a MINIMUM of 12 guests per party, maximum is determined by the event location and hostess.

    • Once the desired date and time is selected the hostess will make their reservation online using the hostess credit or debit card. Cash deposits can be arranged if necessary. Deposits for  events for children will have a deposit of $120.00. Deposits for adult parties will be $210.00

    • It will be the sole responsibility of the hostess to recover payment from all guest.  This is how all studios like The Baroquen Canvas work. The down payment covers the first 6 guest at $20.00 per child, or the first 6 adult guest at $35 per guest. A remaining balance will be charged to the credit card used upon booking. This covers guest 6-12.

    • On the day of the party, if all 12 required guest do not attend, the credit card on file will be charged to cover those not in attendance. For example, if you book a party for 12 and only 8 show, the credit card used to book the event will be billed for the remaining 4 guests. Again all parties require a “hostess” for billing and communication.

    • A 7 day notice is required for all cancellations. All payments made prior to a 7 day notice will be fully refunded, minus a $25.00 service charge.

    • Cancellations given 6 to 2 days prior to the party will refund all monies paid minus deposit.

    • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled event forfeits the refund of all monies paid.

  • How do I pay for my private paint party? PLEASE READ FULLY.
    • The normal rate of $35 dollars per person for a 2 hour party, and $40.00 per person for a 3 hour party.  All parties must have a designated hostess for communication, painting choice, and payment. For adult parties that exceed 25 painters, a discounted rate of $25.00 per painter will apply. For children parties that exceed 25 painters, a discounted rate of $15.00 per painter will apply.

    • With limited availabity for parties, deposits are required the day your date and time has been set. Without a deposit the date will remain available to others for booking. Please note we tend to book a month in advance, don’t procrastinate!

    • Parties are available only during certain days & hours, As the instructor is a school teacher during the day. Most weekday evenings, all day Saturday, and from 2:00-4:00 is our availability. We will always do our best to accommodate your request!

    • There is a MINIMUM of 10 guests per party, MAXIMUM is 75, within a 30 minute drive from London, KY. a $40.00 traveler’s fee is required with your deposit for venues further than 30 minutes away.

    • Once the desired date and time is selected the hostess will make their reservation online using the hostess credit or debit card. Cash deposits can be arranged if necessary. Deposits for 16×20 canvas events are $175.00, events for children 12 that use an 8×10 canvas will have a deposit of $100.00. The use of 8×10 canvas is available for children’s parties only.

    • It is the sole responsibility of the hostess to recover payment from all guest. This is how all studios like The Baroquen Canvas work. The down payment covers the first 5 guest at $35.00 per painter. A remaining balance of $175.00 will be charged to the credit card listed on file unless other arrangements are made prior to the party.  This covers guest 6-10. Each additional guest continues at the $35.00 rate. For adult parties that exceed 25 painters, a discounted rate of $25.00 per painter will apply. For children parties that exceed 25 painters, a discounted rate of $15.00 per painter will apply.

    • On the day of the party, if all 10 required guest do not attend, the credit card on file will be charged to cover those not in attendance. For example, if you book a party for 10 and only 8 show, the credit card used to book the event will be billed for the remaining 2 guests. Again all parties require a “hostess” for billing and communication.

    • A 7 day notice is required for all cancellations. All payments made prior to a 7 day notice will be fully refunded, minus a $25.00 service charge.

    • Cancellations given 6 to 2 days prior to the party will refund all monies paid minus the $175.00 deposit.

    • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled event forfeits the refund of all monies paid.

    • Parties for children 12 and under will be charged the rate of $35.00 per guest if you choose to use a 16×20 canvas. Again a minimum of 10 guests, counting the birthday child will be required, and a deposit of $175.00 due the day booking. The remaining balance will be due the day of the party.

    • For parties for children 12 and under that choose to use an 8 x 10 canvas the rate is $20.00 dollars per child with $100.00 due upon making the reservation, with the remaining due on the day of the party. Additional guest will attend at the rate of $20.00 per child. Parties with a minimum of 25 guest will attend at $15.00 a painter.

  • Paint Party Specifics

    Please Note: Beginning March 1st, 2018 The Baroquen Canvas will be strictly on-site, meaning the event location will be provided by the host/hostess.

    • Adult private events require a 10 painter minimum as long as there are 12 paid painters, at the rate of $35.00 per painter, AND the location is within 30 minutes of London. Parties with a minimum of 35 painters will receive the discounted rate of $25.00 per painter. Parties last approximately 2 hours.
    • Private events for children require a 12 painter minimum, at $20.00 per painter, with a distance of 30 minutes or less from London, KY. For parties with a minimum of 25 painters the discounted rate is $15.00 per painter. The maximum distance traveled will be 1 hour, one way. Distances in excess of 30 minutes will require a $40.00 traveler’s fee.
    • Private events that exceed 30 minutes will require a minimum of 10 paid painters at the rate of $40.oo per painter. The maximum distance traveled will be 1 hour, one way. Distances in excess of 30 minutes will require a $40.00 traveler’s fee due upon booking.
    • Book as far in advance as you like to secure a special date. We tend to book a month in advance.
    • No paint supplies, tables, table cloths, drop clothes, or seating is needed. A garage or basement is a perfect paint party location! All paint is water based and easy to clean up.
    • Maximum seating is based on the event location. These are reserved for the paid painters.

  • How long does a paint party last

    All parties last 2 to 2.5 hours.
